Title: Build nice looking site without beeing web designer

I am web developer, and like to build nice looking web sites
So...
I can't design but I can download designer from then net
then I apply them to my site .................... How.

just copy the images folder and styles.css file to my website root
then in my head section I add this line of code

<link href="styles.css" rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" media="screen" />

considering that the styles file name is styles.css
